JOB TITLE: Senior Electrical Product Engineer - Datacenter As a Senior Electrical Product Engineer - Datacenter, you will join the engineering team to launch new systems for HGX GPU Accelerated Server Platforms. You will productize new GPU boards for datacenter architectures with GPU-accelerated clusters, focusing on Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Analytics environments. Your daily responsibilities include planning processes, defining test requirements, and optimizing production lines to meet cost and quality metrics. You will develop diagnostic tests for high speed networks, debug complex hardware, firmware, and software interactions, and ensure compliance with DFx requirements for signal integrity. The role requires expertise in digital design, signal integrity, statistics, timing analysis, fault analysis, and computer architecture. Preferred technical skills include experience with Perl, C/C++, Windows, and Linux to solve yield and test problems.

What you'll do

Develop diagnostic tests and debug procedures for next-generation products using high-speed network and signal experience.
Debug complex hardware, firmware, and software interactions during system power-up and boot handshakes.
Ensure compliance with DFx requirements for signal integrity regarding layout, mechanical components, and assembly.
Develop and deliver test specifications for system-level manufacturing screens to meet hardware coverage and quality requirements.
Define product assembly lines, test stations, and fixtures in collaboration with contract manufacturers.
Analyze volume data and conduct lab experiments to create solutions for yield and test problems.
Lead continuous improvement efforts on production screen specifications to minimize waste and meet DPPM requirements.
Support customer-facing and quality teams to identify and fix gaps in test coverage.

What we're looking for

BS or MS degree in EE/CE or equivalent experience.
8+ years of meaningful industry experience.
Strong EE fundamentals in digital design, signal integrity, statistics, timing analysis, fault analysis, sampling, and computer architecture.
Experience with high speed networks and signals to develop diagnostic tests and debug procedures.
Knowledge of system power-up and handshakes during boot to debug complex HW, FW, and SW interactions.
Ability to recommend and ensure compliance to DFx requirements for signal integrity, layout, and assembly.
Prior board/system level electrical design experience (preferred).
Experience with Perl, C/C++, Windows, and Linux (preferred).
