Additionally, the role requires defining and implementing process improvements based on data analysis, leveraging skills such as FPGA implementation expertise, power and thermal system design knowledge, and proficiency in Python for diagnostics software development.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute manufacturing processes for new datacenter printed circuit boards.
  • Enforce DFM requirements with engineering teams to avoid manufacturing issues and optimize profit.
  • Participate in manufacturing process planning, scheduling, and cost optimization.
  • Drive solutions to day-to-day problems during prototype/validation builds and collect metrics.
  • Define and implement process improvements based on data collection and analysis.

What we're looking for

  • BS/MS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering and 12+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven skills in design and manufacture of PCBA’s, including FPGA implementation expertise.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for electronics issues.
  • Knowledge of power and thermal system design for datacenter rack server systems.
  • Familiarity with industry standard PCB/PCBA assembly technologies and quality standards.
