What you'll do

  • Develop and execute manufacturing processes for new datacenter printed circuit boards.
  • Enforce DFM requirements with engineering teams to avoid manufacturing issues and optimize profit.
  • Participate in manufacturing process planning, scheduling, and cost optimization.
  • Drive solutions to day-to-day problems during prototype/validation builds and collect metrics.
  • Define and implement process improvements based on data collection and analysis.

What we're looking for

  • BS/MS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering and 12+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven skills in design and manufacture of PCBA’s, including FPGA implementation expertise.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for electronics issues.
  • Knowledge of power and thermal system design for datacenter rack server systems.
  • Familiarity with industry standard PCB/PCBA assembly technologies and quality standards.
