What you'll do

  • Plan and establish manufacturing processes to launch new GPU hardware into mass production.
  • Define test requirements and specifications for system-level manufacturing screens to ensure hardware coverage and quality.
  • Optimize production lines by collaborating with contract manufacturers to improve cost, throughput, and assembly fixtures.
  • Ensure compliance with DFx requirements for signal integrity across layout, mechanical components, and assembly procedures.
  • Drive alternate component qualifications and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) updates.
  • Analyze volume data and conduct lab experiments to resolve yield and test problems on the production floor.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to minimize waste and meet specific test time and DPPM requirements.
  • Support customer-facing teams by investigating and resolving issues during technical escalations.

What we're looking for

  • BS or MS degree in EE, CE, IE, ME, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of GPU/CPU development, system architecture, high-speed interconnects, and memory technologies like HBM and GDDR.
  • Proficiency in statistics, timing analysis, and fault analysis.
  • Experience with board or system level electrical design and mass production.
  • Ability to work independently with strong communication and organization skills.
  • Track record of continuous process improvement with a passion for tools and automation.
