You will influence future ASIC designs to improve test coverage and silicon bring-up. Required skills include circuit analysis, device physics, and statistical data analysis using JMP. Preferred technical expertise includes Advantest 93K testers, logic or SRAM characterization, and scripting in Python or Perl to solve complex silicon problems.
