As a Characterization Product Development Engineer on the Operations Product Development Engineering GPU Team, you will drive latest architecture designs to market for consumer, professional, and datacenter markets. You will implement chip probing test processes to improve manufacturing efficiency for GPUs built in leading-edge process technology while identifying and resolving yield bottlenecks. Your daily work involves analyzing test failures at the wafer and package levels on Automatic Test Equipment, proposing DOEs, and solving complex characterization problems through cross-functional leadership with design, foundry, DFT, and quality teams. You will influence future ASIC designs to improve test coverage and silicon bring-up. Required skills include circuit analysis, device physics, and statistical data analysis using JMP. Preferred technical expertise includes Advantest 93K testers, logic or SRAM characterization, and scripting in Python or Perl to solve complex silicon problems.
