As a Senior Product Dev Rel Engineer - DSX, you will join the Data Science & AI System Software platform team to improve the developer experience for AI practitioners and cloud infrastructure builders. You will bridge the gap between external users and internal engineering teams by synthesizing technical feedback into product roadmaps and architecting high-impact assets like production-grade deployment guides and containerized workflows. Your daily work involves conducting technical deep-dives, validating software releases against real-world AI workloads, and defining usability measurements for system software. You must possess deep technical foundations in Linux systems, Python, C++, GPU acceleration, Kubernetes, Docker, PyTorch, and CUDA. This role solves the problem of friction in deploying deep learning software stacks, container runtimes, and system orchestration across distributed GPU clusters.
Synthesize technical feedback from AI practitioners and open-source communities into DSX product and engineering roadmaps.
Architect and publish production-grade deployment guides, containerized workflows, and reference architectures for NVIDIA GPU clusters.
Validate core DSX software stack releases against real-world AI workloads through early-access programs.
Conduct technical deep-dives and system architecture reviews with strategic ISV partners and cloud platform providers.
Define and track metrics for developer engagement, including system usability, setup ergonomics, and time-to-first-training run.
Represent NVIDIA DSX as a technical authority at major AI and cloud-native conferences to build developer trust.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of proven experience in Developer Relations, Systems Engineering, Technical Product Management, or Solutions Architecture.
Deep technical foundation in Linux systems, Python, C++, GPU acceleration, container orchestration, and modern AI framework stacks.
Established experience guiding platform software and engineering priorities through developer research, infrastructure troubleshooting, and product feedback loops.
Hands-on experience building, deploying, or optimizing enterprise data science environments, containerized AI workloads, or distributed deep learning pipelines.
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills to influence product managers, core software engineers, and external technical leaders.
Direct experience with NVIDIA DSX, DGX systems, DGX Cloud, CUDA-X, or related NVIDIA deep learning system software stacks (preferred).
Proven track record of open-source contributions or maintainer roles in the cloud-native or AI infrastructure space (preferred).
