Senior Product Designer

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end product experiences from initial concept through final launch.
• Partner with engineers to refine interactions and ensure design intent is realized in the final product.
• Use front-end technologies and prototyping tools to accelerate exploration and inform design decisions.
• Navigate ambiguity to shape product direction where user needs and technology capabilities are still emerging.
• Rapidly prototype and experiment with emerging AI capabilities to validate new experience opportunities.
• Create high-fidelity design artifacts including wireframes, journey maps, and redlines using Figma and Vercel.
• Contribute to the use and adoption of design systems to ensure scalable and consistent experiences.
• Translate user insights and feedback into accessible and inclusive design solutions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, HCI, UX, Interaction Design, or related field and 5+ years of experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in product or service design.
• Equivalent practical experience to the specified education and experience requirements.
• 1+ years experience applying AI domain knowledge including generative AI and agentic experiences (preferred).
• 3+ years technical engineering experience with HTML, CSS, JS/TS, Python, React, and/or Web Components (preferred).
• 5+ years experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite producing high-quality design artifacts (preferred).
• 3+ years of end-to-end design process experience including shipping products or delivering services to customers (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience contributing to or maintaining a design system (preferred).
