Senior Process Engineer

What you'll do

• Optimize dip molding processes to improve production yields and manufacturing efficiency.
• Lead the end-to-end development, tooling design, and scale-up of catheter manufacturing lines.
• Provide technical and sustaining engineering support within the manufacturing area.
• Implement equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and production goals.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet specific process and technology requirements.
• Conduct statistical analysis and develop measurement systems for statistical process control.
• Lead the innovation and development of new manufacturing concepts, materials, and procedures.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes and procedures comply with applicable regulations.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates must have a Master's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates with a PhD require no minimum years of experience.
• Applicants must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Experience in optimizing dip molding processes and improving production yields is required.
• Skills in tooling design, scale-up of manufacturing lines, and cross-functional collaboration are necessary.
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and implement process modifications to meet quality standards is required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and regulatory compliance is required.
