What you'll do

  • Conduct research, development, and evaluation for cutting-edge semiconductor equipment and systems.

What we're looking for

  • A Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field with 8+ years of experience is required.
  • A PhD and 5+ years of experience is an acceptable educational qualification.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process design, deposition, etch dielectrics, or metal films is preferred.
  • Familiarity with laboratory work on semiconductor equipment and surface preparation techniques is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of statistical analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and tools like JMP or Minitab is preferred.
  • Background in ALD, CVD, ECP, Advanced Packaging, or PVD is preferred.
  • Knowledge of material synthesis and characterization is preferred.
