What you'll do

  • Establish enterprise-wide manufacturing technology strategies and multi-year roadmaps for dip molding processes.
  • Define and maintain standards for equipment, tooling, materials, automation, and quality systems across all sites.
  • Provide technical leadership to improve yield, reduce defects, and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Align manufacturing technology investments with the needs of R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies through partnerships with suppliers and academic institutions to prioritize innovation.
  • Lead feasibility assessments and proof-of-concept activities to accelerate the deployment of new capabilities.
  • Ensure all new manufacturing technologies comply with regulatory, quality, and operational requirements.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience developing and implementing manufacturing technologies within regulated environments is required.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving manufacturing, product development, quality, and operations stakeholders is required.
  • Experience establishing manufacturing standards, processes, or technology strategies across multiple products, sites, or business units is required.
  • Preferred experience includes knowledge of dip molding technologies such as polymer formulation, viscosity management, and thermal process optimization.
  • Preferred experience includes supporting manual, semi-automated, and fully automated dip molding manufacturing environments.
  • Preferred experience includes developing 5-10 year manufacturing technology roadmaps and collaborating with global teams.
