  • Identify and evaluate the costs, benefits, and trade-offs of security functions and risk treatments.
  • Author and maintain cybersecurity program documentation and RMF package documentation.
  • Apply cyber systems engineering responsibilities to Cross Domain Solutions and other specific technical areas.
  • Integrate cybersecurity requirements with Program System Development Life Cycle initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience; 6 years with a Master's; 4 years with a PhD.
  • Active U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance current and within scope at time of application.
  • Willingness to sit for a polygraph.
  • Direct experience developing RMF assessment and authorization documentation.
  • Experience with RMF accreditation functions, including documentation, scanning, assessment, and POAM management.
  • Experience with requirements development from control listings and integrating Cyber Systems Engineering with SDLC initiatives.
  • Experience with Department of War (DoW)/Intelligence Community (IC) System Security Engineering activities.
  • Possession of Security+ Certification or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification.
  • Experience working in an Agile execution framework.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Expertise with all aspects of Systems Security Engineering as defined in NIST SP 800-160 (preferred).
  • System security architecture experience (preferred).
  • Experience in configuring and deploying Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) (preferred).
