What you'll do

Design, build, test, and operate core services and APIs for a modern application deployment platform.
Deliver resilient and scalable deployment workflows for shipping changes across diverse environments.
Translate ambiguous platform needs into clear technical designs and high-quality software.
Build safety features including strong isolation, policy enforcement, auditability, and observability into the product.
Develop platform primitives that enable AI-assisted engineering workflows with appropriate controls and oversight.
Use operational signals and customer feedback to improve performance, availability, and deployment success rates.
Raise engineering standards through code reviews, design reviews, documentation, and technical leadership.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Must have 5+ years of professional software development experience delivering production-quality distributed systems, platform services, or developer tools.
Must have strong programming skills in one or more modern languages such as Java, Go, C++, C#, or Python.
Must have experience designing APIs, data models, and service architectures with a focus on scalability, availability, security, and operability.
Must have a solid understanding of cloud-native systems, including containers, orchestration, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, or release engineering.
Must demonstrate the ability to drive work from problem definition through design, implementation, launch, and ongoing operation.
Must have clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines.
Experience in application deployment, GitOps, SRE, security engineering, or AI-assisted developer tools is preferred (preferred).
