Senior People Partner- Product & Engineering

What you'll do

• Serve as primary people partner for Product and Engineering leaders, translating business context into people decisions.
• Coach managers to build high-performing teams through habit development and strategic guidance.
• Drive performance management cycles including calibrations, feedback, growth conversations, and difficult discussions.
• Proactively track org health signals such as attrition rates, engagement trends, and team dynamics.
• Partner with the People team on compensation cycles, workforce planning, and headcount modeling initiatives.
• Use AI to work smarter, build repeatable workflows, and advise leaders on technology integration.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience, including at least one year in a technical organization.
• Experience managing direct reports and developing people effectively.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically, partnering at senior levels while handling execution independently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Excellent judgment for when to push, hold, or escalate issues appropriately.
• Clear communication style that is direct and effective in both speaking and writing.
