Senior People Partner, Product & Engineering

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary people partner for Product and Engineering leaders to translate business context into people decisions.
• Coach and develop managers within the technical organization to build high-performing teams.
• Manage performance management cycles including calibrations, feedback, growth conversations, and difficult performance discussions.
• Monitor organizational health by proactively tracking attrition signals, engagement trends, and team dynamics.
• Execute compensation cycles, workforce planning, and headcount modeling in partnership with the People team.
• Identify patterns across the client group to inform the development of company programs and policies.
• Integrate AI tools into workflows to increase efficiency and advise leaders on AI implementation.
• Partner with technical recruiters to manage hiring plans and ensure a smooth process from headcount to offer.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience is required.
• At least one year of experience supporting a technical organization like Engineering or Product is required.
• Experience managing at least one direct report and developing others is required.
• Ability to operate as both a strategic partner for executives and a hands-on executor is required.
• Strong analytical instincts are required to use data to inform points of view.
• Clear, direct communication skills in both verbal and written formats are required.
• Experience in high-growth companies where building new processes is preferred.
• Prior experience in fintech, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
