What you'll do

Drive sales engagement and foster long-term partnerships with Cloud AI and Datacenter accounts.
Execute proactive business development to penetrate under-served markets and early-stage accounts.
Build trusted relationships with executive leaders, architects, and infrastructure teams at key accounts.
Articulate Arm’s differentiated value proposition and platform solutions for AI training and inference.
Secure strategic design wins and promote long-term adoption of Arm-based technologies.
Coordinate internal cross-functional resources to drive successful account outcomes.
Manage a qualified sales pipeline with disciplined forecasting and opportunity progression.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of experience in enterprise, strategic account, or business development.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
Must possess a strong understanding of hyperscale and cloud architectures, AI workloads, and datacenter infrastructure.
Must have established connections with cloud service providers and AI platform companies.
Experience working with CPUs, AI accelerators, DPUs, SoCs, and custom silicon is required.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in a matrixed environment.
Must possess outstanding communication, influence, negotiation, and presentation skills.
