What you'll do

  • Define and refine compute subsystem requirements based on customer needs and technology trends.
  • Translate product strategy into clear engineering priorities for the development team.
  • Manage and evolve existing computing module offerings throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Support partners in integrating Arm technology from RTL through physical implementation.
  • Incorporate insights from partner deployments into future product directions and priorities.
  • Drive alignment across architecture, engineering, program, and commercial teams on technical tradeoffs.
  • Translate complex technical problems into actionable requirements for hardware development.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with processors, SoCs, compute subsystems, or related hardware technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the hardware development lifecycle and ability to engage with engineering teams across architecture, RTL, verification, performance, and physical implementation.
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate product needs into actionable requirements.
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork and communication skills.
  • Experience working with customers or technology partners on technical requirements, product adoption, or implementation (preferred).
  • Experience with Arm-based processors, compute subsystems, or server technologies (preferred).
  • Experience with data center, cloud infrastructure, networking, HPC, or AI compute platforms (preferred).
