Manage end-to-end operational execution for complex New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through production ramp.
Develop integrated program plans aligning engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and deployment teams.
Identify technical risks and dependencies to ensure product launch schedules and quality standards are met.
Coordinate manufacturing readiness, material availability, production schedules, and budget management for hardware products.
Manage the full product lifecycle including sustaining engineering, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and end-of-life activities.
Lead root-cause analysis and remediation efforts for complex technical and operational issues affecting manufacturing or test.
Create executive-level status reports to communicate program health, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement by developing standardized tools, dashboards, and automated workflows for scalable execution.
What we're looking for
Must have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, product engineering, supply chain, or NPI within hardware or cloud infrastructure environments.
Must possess deep knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) methodologies and operational readiness.
Must be able to manage complex cross-functional programs from concept through production and sustaining.
Must have experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes.
Must demonstrate ability to lead technical investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for manufacturing and test issues.
Must possess strong analytical skills to develop program schedules, risk management plans, and executive dashboards.
Must be able to influence stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations without direct authority.
Proficiency in English is required for reading, writing, and speaking.
