The Principal NPI Program Manager joins the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure team as an individual contributor to lead end-to-end New Product Introduction and Product Lifecycle Management programs for the cloud infrastructure portfolio. This role involves owning the operational execution of complex hardware programs from initial concept through production ramp, sustaining engineering, and end-of-life. You will coordinate globally distributed teams across Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Procurement, and Data Center Operations to ensure successful product launches. Key responsibilities include developing integrated program plans, identifying technical risks, and managing Engineering Change Orders. Required skills include proficiency with PLM systems, ERP tools, and project management software. You must possess deep knowledge of NPI methodologies, manufacturing operations, and the ability to perform technical root-cause analysis for hardware products.
Own end-to-end operational execution for complex hardware NPI programs from concept through production ramp.
Develop integrated program plans aligning engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and deployment organizations.
Identify technical risks and dependencies to ensure launch schedules and operational readiness remain on track.
Coordinate global cross-functional teams to manage manufacturing readiness, material availability, and production schedules.
Manage product lifecycles including sustaining engineering, engineering change orders, and end-of-life activities.
Lead technical root-cause analysis for operational issues and drive corrective actions or remediation efforts.
Develop executive-level status reports highlighting program health, key milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
Create standardized tools, dashboards, and best practices to improve scalable program execution and governance.
What we're looking for
Must have 8+ years of experience in technical program management, operations program management, product engineering, supply chain, or NPI within hardware or cloud infrastructure.
Must have demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional hardware programs from concept through production and sustaining.
Must have experience managing multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced, global organization.
Must have a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply planning, product lifecycle management, and engineering processes.
Must have deep knowledge of NPI methodologies, operational readiness, and diagnosing technical and operational issues.
Must have experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes, and project management tools.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, hyperscale data centers, or enterprise server platforms is preferred (preferred).
