Senior NPI Technical Program Manager, Operations

What you'll do

• Manage the Operations NPI schedule and milestones from tape-out to production release.
• Track and communicate key results, risks, dependencies, and critical paths to cross-functional teams.
• Develop the Plan of Record, including qualification plans, checklists, and specifications for production.
• Own internal and external sample supply and develop engineering wafer and hardware risk plans.
• Lead cross-functional NPI meetings to identify operational issues and ensure production readiness.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and speed of product time-to-market.
• Own metrics for NPI supply commits, production ramp, and manage bring-up budgets and OPEX.
• Develop processes and metrics for functional teams in planning, engineering, logistics, and quality.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of proven experience in an engineering or technical/engineering program management role.
• Bachelor's in EE (or equivalent experience).
• Master's degree (preferred).
• PMP or other Project/Program Management Certification (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Program Management and planning tools with the ability to analyze and solution supply chain processes.
• Excellent knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing flow and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
