What you'll do

Manage Cloud Hardware Support and Server Operations programs including build, deployment, and hardware lifecycle management.
Develop scalable program frameworks to support rapid regional expansion and hyperscale growth across multiple sites.
Lead geographically distributed programs to improve operational performance, safety, security, and service quality.
Standardize deployment methodologies and governance to ensure consistent execution across cross-functional teams.
Implement AI, automation, and scripting to increase productivity and reduce manual effort in infrastructure operations.
Partner with engineering, supply chain, and data center teams to deliver new cloud regions.
Manage program risks, dependencies, and execution gaps to meet customer service level agreements.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English.
The role requires 6 to 10+ years of experience.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred; an advanced degree is a plus.
Experience in hyperscale cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, or hardware support is preferred.
Experience managing geographically distributed programs across multiple teams and sites is preferred.
Experience scaling operational systems within rapidly growing technology organizations is preferred.
Proficiency in AI, automation, scripting, and data-driven decision making is preferred.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other program tooling is preferred.
