What you'll do

Lead program leadership for Cloud Hardware Support and Server Operations initiatives across North America.
Develop and execute scalable program frameworks to support hyperscale growth across multiple sites.
Manage complex programs to improve operational performance, safety, security, and service quality.
Standardize deployment methodologies and strengthen program governance across regional operations.
Implement AI, automation, and scripting to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of new cloud regions.
Manage program risks, dependencies, and execution gaps to meet customer service levels.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
This role requires 6 to 10+ years of experience.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred (preferred).
An advanced degree is a plus (preferred).
Senior technical program management experience in hyperscale cloud infrastructure or operations is preferred (preferred).
Experience driving large, geographically distributed programs across multiple teams and sites is preferred (preferred).
Experience with AI, automation, scripting, and process engineering is preferred (preferred).
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and related program tooling is preferred (preferred).
