What you'll do

Track and communicate key results, risks, and dependencies across multiple engineering teams.
Develop and maintain the Plan of Record (POR) for product qualification and production release.
Lead cross-functional NPI meetings to highlight operational issues and ensure readiness for production.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in bringing products to market.
Own metrics related to supply commitments, production ramp-up, and release milestones.
Manage bring-up budgets and OPEX for new product introductions across Operations teams.
Develop processes and metrics for planning, engineering, logistics, and quality functions.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
PMP certification or other relevant project/program management credentials.
Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing flow and processes.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional influencing skills.
Proficiency in program management tools and supply chain analysis.
