What you'll do

Develop and maintain process control automation solutions using DeltaV DCS, Rockwell PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
Lead technical root cause analysis, incident investigations, and troubleshooting for plant operation issues.
Manage change control records, CAPA records, and deviations related to automation systems.
Execute projects to improve manufacturing equipment, cleaning systems, and utilities for facility reliability.
Perform automation engineering assessments and implement configuration changes for new technology introductions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
Maintain Data Integrity Assessments and support Review by Exception functionality for batch records and sterilization systems.
Provide 24/7 on-call manufacturing support and perform routine automation system administration and security patching.

What we're looking for

A Doctorate or Master’s degree with 3 years of Manufacturing Automation Engineering experience, or Bachelor’s with 5 years, or Associate with 8 years, or High School/GED with 10 years.
Experience with Emerson Delta-V DCS and Rockwell Automation SCADA and PLC platforms for at least 5 years.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11, S88, S95, and GAMP.
Expertise in system integration using OPC, Profibus, Serial VIM, Ethernet, and DeviceNet technologies.
Experience with electronic batch reporting systems and process control network design including network segregation.
Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting for virtual infrastructure in coordination with IT departments.
Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills are required.
Familiarity with upstream/downstream unit operations and GMP biopharmaceutical production equipment is preferred.
