What you'll do

Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Professional Service Technical Architects.
Act as the primary liaison between project teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure success.
Manage customer engagement lifecycles including project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation.
Oversee professional services billings, revenue targets, resource forecasting, and utilization metrics.
Audit technical architecture designs and deliverables to ensure high quality and compliance.
Drive the evolution of Technical Architecture practices and internal process improvements.
Manage complex customer projects across multiple workstreams while handling escalations and change management.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
5+ years of experience leading teams.
5+ years of experience in design, consulting, and delivering solutions to external customers.
Expertise in protocols including SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Auth0 Certified or Okta Certified Consultant (preferred); CISSP certification (preferred).
