What you'll do

Lead the gathering of business, functional, and technical requirements for customer identity platforms.
Document common technical and functional requirements for specific customer solutions.
Create project plans to develop and implement proposed identity solutions.
Provide technical leadership and oversight as a member of the professional services delivery team.
Translate complex business needs into actionable strategies and high-value results.
Conduct periodic customer health-checks and project reviews.
Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences and executive stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in IT/software development, solution design, and technical architecture.
3+ years of consulting experience.
3+ years of experience in application architecture design, IAM architectures, and cloud computing solutions like AWS or Google Apps.
Experience with customer identity use cases (B2C/B2B), security protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and infrastructure (LDAP, Active Directory).
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, .Net, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
Ability to travel up to 50% for the role.
Okta certifications, TOGAF/CISSP certifications, or knowledge of cryptography and API Gateways (preferred).
