What you'll do

Lead the gathering of business, functional, and technical requirements for customer identity platforms.
Document common technical and functional requirements for specific customer solutions.
Create project plans to develop and implement proposed identity solutions.
Provide technical leadership and oversight as a member of the professional services delivery team.
Translate customer requirements into actionable designs and technical specifications.
Conduct periodic customer health-checks and project reviews.
Communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences and high-level executives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
8+ years of overall IT/software development experience, including solution design and technical architecture.
3+ years of consulting experience.
3+ years of experience in application architecture design, IAM architectures, and cloud computing solutions like AWS or Google Apps.
Experience with customer identity use cases including MFA, SSO, and social identities.
Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, RBAC, OAuth, OIDC, and web protocols.
Proficiency in one or more of Java, .Net, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
