  • Document common technical and functional requirements for specific customer solutions.
  • Create project plans to develop and implement proposed technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight as a member of the professional services delivery team.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable strategies and high-value results.
  • Conduct periodic customer health-checks and project reviews.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences and executive stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT/software development, solution design, and technical architecture.
  • 3+ years of consulting experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in application architecture design.
  • 3+ years of experience with IAM architectures.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing cloud computing solutions like AWS, Google Apps, or Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAuth, OIDC, and web protocols.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, .Net, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
