Senior Manager, Success Enablement

What you'll do

• Lead the global Success Enablement team for the Digital Infrastructure transformation.
• Own the Success Enablement operating model, portfolio prioritization, and resource planning.
• Execute global success enablement plans to ensure user adoption of every release.
• Manage change management, communications, training, and readiness for digital infrastructure initiatives.
• Drive business outcomes and sustainable organizational change with executive and regional stakeholders.
• Oversee persona governance and measurement of adoption across the DI portfolio.
• Develop and execute comprehensive success enablement strategies for complex global transformations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• 8+ years of management experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale organizational change management and driving user adoption across complex global digital transformation initiatives (preferred).
• Experience developing and executing comprehensive success enablement strategies, including communications, training, readiness, reinforcement, and stakeholder engagement programs (preferred).
• Experience managing global, cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders to achieve strategic business outcomes (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in portfolio prioritization, resource planning, governance, and execution management across multiple concurrent technology and business transformation programs (preferred).
