What we're looking for
Substantial presales or architectural background in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), developer platforms, or consumer-facing digital identity ecosystems.
4+ years of experience directly managing and scaling a high-performing technical presales or solutions engineering team within enterprise SaaS.
Strong working comprehension of modern identity protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, Passkeys/WebAuthn, JWT, and API security.
Proven ability to navigate large-scale architectural challenges like multi-region identity routing, tenant isolation, session management, and compliance standards.
Demonstrated success applying value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to close complex enterprise deals.
Exceptional communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional executive teams across Security, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
12+ years of total technical presales, solutions architecture, or professional services experience in enterprise security or software development (preferred).
Hands-on background in full-stack web/mobile application development, API design, or modern cloud architectures (preferred).
