Essential skills include translating complex cyber threats into actionable guidance while balancing risk with engineering efficiency across various technical and non-technical teams.

What you'll do

  • Develop and deliver the strategic roadmap for Secure Engineering Enablement across IP and Silicon businesses.
  • Provide expert guidance on IP protection, silicon engineering environments, and EDA/tooling ecosystems.
  • Drive security-by-design adoption by embedding controls and guardrails into engineering infrastructure.
  • Perform threat modeling and provide technical counsel to help teams identify risks early in the design process.
  • Translate cyber threats, regulatory requirements, and customer needs into actionable security priorities.
  • Create governance metrics and reporting to demonstrate security effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Champion innovation through automation, data insights, and AI-enabled tools for secure engineering practices.

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience in Enterprise Security within the semiconductor industry including IP development and silicon engineering lifecycles.
  • Strong enterprise security architecture background with experience developing principles, roadmaps, and assurance approaches in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic projects and influence stakeholders across engineering, product, legal, and executive teams.
  • Deep understanding of domains including GRC, IAM, data protection, secure development, cloud/infrastructure security, and third-party risk.
  • Strong customer management skills with the ability to explain complex security issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Awareness of semiconductor supply chain security, including supplier assurance and IP protection.
  • BSc/MSc or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, computer science, electronic engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certifications such as CISSP, SABSA, TOGAF, CCSP, CISM, CRISC, or relevant cloud/security architecture credentials (preferred).
