Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering, MSSP

What you'll do

• Lead a team of 6 to 10 Solutions Engineers to support the MSSP, MSP, and GSI partner ecosystems.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing technical team by building clear career and certification growth paths.
• Execute technical sales strategies including conducting product demonstrations, delivering technical training, and performing Proof of Values.
• Own regional forecasting, coverage planning, and QBR reporting while partnering with Sales and Channel leadership on territory design.
• Identify and qualify partnership opportunities and resolve technical blockers to scale the partner business.
• Manage executive-level escalations for high-risk partners by driving cross-functional resolutions with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
• Collect and relay feedback from partners and end customers to the product management team to improve solutions.
• Support the execution of go-to-market initiatives and technical training plans for global partners.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10 or more years of experience in the field.
• Must have 6 or more years of Sales Engineering experience.
• Must have 3 to 5 or more years of people leadership experience, ideally managing technical or Solutions Engineering teams.
• Must have experience owning forecasting, coverage planning, or business reviews for a technical team.
• Must have experience as a practitioner at an MSSP, MSP, MDR, IR partner, or in a SOC.
• Must have a strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity security, and endpoint security solutions, including EDR, XDR, and SIEM.
• Must have experience working with cloud computing environments such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Experience managing distributed or fully remote technical teams and experience with PRM tooling or Salesforce is preferred (preferred).
• AWS, GCP, or security certifications such as CEH, SANS, OSCP, or CISSP are preferred (preferred).
