What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
7+ years of people management experience.
Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Experience leading supply chain and inventory management while driving automation and process improvements.
Experience establishing wafer and ASIC supply chain processes and business structures.
Master's degree (preferred).
Experience communicating with technical/non-technical audiences and executive stakeholders; experience with agile or other program management methodologies (preferred).
