Senior Manager, Business Process Excellence- Amazon Leo , Amazon Leo serves as the connective tissue across manufacturing and finance enterprise application landscapes. This role is responsible for end-to-end process architecture and Design Authority governance across the full digital thread, including product engineering, manufacturing execution, distribution, and financial close. The individual will define target-state process models, establish cross-functional standards, and manage performance metrics like cycle time and automation rates. Key responsibilities include overseeing integration between ERP, PLM, MES, SCP, and WMS systems to ensure seamless handoffs across organizational boundaries. The role requires expertise in manufacturing or supply chain environments, specifically involving complex domains such as production planning, quality management, and warehouse management. Candidates must navigate technical requirements like clean-core alignment while solving for financial granularity and scalability across multiple product lines and factory sites.
Define and manage end-to-end process architecture across the full digital thread from engineering to financial close.
Lead Design Authority governance to approve or reject cross-functional solution designs before technical development begins.
Establish cross-functional process standards to ensure seamless transitions between manufacturing, supply chain, and finance domains.
Define and monitor performance metrics such as cycle time, automation rates, and first-pass yield across the value stream.
Develop scalable process templates for new product introductions and multi-site factory onboarding.
Drive process automation by identifying manual steps that can be replaced by system configurations or robotics.
Manage the multi-year capability roadmap, including sprint prioritization and release sequencing across all workstreams.
Create technical documentation including PRFAQs, functional design documents, and clear acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, supply chain management, business administration, operations, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in product/program management, marketing, business development, or technology.
Experience in enterprise applications, business process architecture, or process engineering in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations environments.
Experience designing cross-functional end-to-end processes spanning at least three areas: manufacturing, procurement, warehouse management, quality, or finance.
Experience managing managers or leading organizations of 20 or more people.
Experience with ERP-enabled process design (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and defining process governance mechanisms.
