What you'll do

Manage a team of systems development engineers, platform administrators, and technical program managers.
Own the functional delivery and operational excellence of PLM, CAD, Fleet Management, ServiceNow, Supply Chain, and Trade Management platforms.
Lead the implementation of Supply Chain and Trade Management systems for the Leo project.
Translate business needs from Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leaders into platform capabilities.
Execute system changes based on requirements from Architecture Authority and Business Process Excellence functions.
Manage the full talent lifecycle including hiring, performance management, and career development for the team.
Maintain a prioritized product backlog to ensure consistent delivery of platform features.
Establish operating mechanisms for knowledge sharing, technical reviews, and continuous process improvement.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
Master's degree or MBA (preferred).
Experience with E2open, SAP GTS, Oracle Global Trade Management, Ariba, ServiceNow, or CAD infrastructure management (preferred).
Aerospace, defense, satellite, or manufacturing background; experience with ITAR, DFARS, CAS, and SOX frameworks (preferred).
