What you'll do

Own the functional delivery and operational excellence of PLM, CAD, Fleet Management, ServiceNow, Supply Chain, and Trade Management platforms.
Manage a team of systems development engineers, platform administrators, and technical program managers through the full talent lifecycle.
Lead the implementation of Supply Chain and Trade Management systems as they are stood up for the Leo project.
Execute platform changes based on requirements defined by the Architecture Authority and Business Process Excellence functions.
Manage the full lifecycle of platform changes from requirements through build, test, deployment, and sustained operations.
Translate business needs from Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leaders into technical platform capabilities.
Build and maintain a prioritized product backlog to ensure the team delivers platform capabilities at pace.
Establish team mechanisms for knowledge sharing, technical reviews, and skill development across various platform domains.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
5+ years of management experience of technical, enterprise customer-facing resources or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
Experience architecting and operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI.
Master's degree or MBA (preferred).
Experience with E2open, SAP GTS, Oracle Global Trade Management, or equivalent trade management platforms (preferred).
Ariba or Oracle Procurement Cloud implementation experience including integration with ERP materials management and finance modules (preferred).
