What you'll do

Lead the ASIC Global Business Operations by developing operational models for supply chain and inventory management.
Manage a team of Business Operations Managers responsible for demand planning, material allocations, and fulfillment.
Establish the structure and processes for the wafer and ASIC supply chain through cross-functional initiatives.
Drive automation and process improvements to optimize supply chain and inventory management goals.
Manage relationships and operational collaboration with both external suppliers and internal customers.
Define project scope, selection, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business strategy.
Train team members on new processes and manage the communication of organizational changes.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum for export control compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required.
A Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
7+ years of people management experience is required.
7+ years of technical program management experience is required.
7+ years of work in internet-related program or technical product management in a software applications environment is preferred.
Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules is required.
Knowledge of cloud computing services, deployment architecture, and agile methodologies is preferred.
