What you'll do

  • Measure and improve capacity, quality, manufacturing performance, and delivery execution across production operations.
  • Lead technical deep dives to resolve manufacturing constraints and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Balance engineering, development, and production priorities while minimizing supply chain risks.
  • Use data and metrics to identify performance gaps and implement structured corrective actions.
  • Drive internal and external teams to ensure alignment with quality standards and business priorities.
  • Manage escalations and provide clear documentation and reporting across all levels of the organization.
  • Execute supplier development and manufacturing technology transfers for electronics components.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, or supply chain roles.
  • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams (preferred).
  • Experience managing programs and driving initiatives across cross-functional teams (preferred).
  • Technical understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes, materials, capacity assessments, and quality requirements (preferred).
  • Experience driving continuous improvement activities, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Correction of Errors (COE) (preferred).
  • Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions and evaluate trade-offs in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
  • Experience driving supplier development and manufacturing technology transfers (preferred).
  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Expertise in space-grade electronics manufacturing, including J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and AS9100 requirements (preferred).
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification, SPC proficiency, and lean manufacturing experience (preferred).
