JOB TITLE: Staff Solutions Engineer, MSSP Partner
The Staff Solutions Engineer, MSSP Partner joins the Partner SE team to drive adoption and growth of the MSSP partner business across North America. This role involves building strong partner relationships, conducting technical demonstrations, and delivering Proofs of Value to the managed partner base. You will integrate technology into partner technical offerings, develop technical training plans, and coordinate resources to resolve technical blockers. Key responsibilities include identifying partnership opportunities, providing pre and post sales support, and relaying partner feedback to product management. Required expertise includes EDR, XDR, SIEM, and cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Candidates must possess experience with containerized workloads, serverless computing, and microservices architectures, alongside a background in cybersecurity, identity security, and malware prevention within MSSP, MDR, or SOC environments.

What we're looking for
Must have 15 or more years of experience in the field.
Must have 8 or more years of Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services experience.
Must possess excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills with experience working with MSP/MSSPs, distributors, and strategic partners.
Must have an exceptional track record of growing managed partner technical resources and building relationships with internal sales and product teams.
Must have experience presenting and delivering technical demos and sales value presentations to audiences ranging from architects to C-level executives.
Must have previous experience as a practitioner at an MSSP, MSP, MDR, or IR partner, or in a SOC.
Must have strong familiarity with EDR, XDR, SIEM, cloud technologies, and complex cybersecurity threats.
Must have experience working with cloud computing environments such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
Must be willing to travel up to 50 percent.
AWS, GCP, and/or security certifications such as CEH, SANS, OSCP, or CISSP are preferred.
