The Senior Manager, Sales Operations joins the Sales Operations organization as a strategic partner to the SVP of EMEA. This role functions as the operational counterpart for the region, where you will lead and develop a dedicated Strategy & Planning team to drive execution across planning, performance management, organizational design, forecasting, and high-priority initiatives. You will manage the regional operating rhythm, including QBRs, MBRs, and annual headcount planning while translating complex data into actionable narratives for senior leadership. Key responsibilities include identifying process gaps, managing cross-functional partnerships with Finance and Analytics, and designing scalable solutions to improve sales productivity. The role requires advanced spreadsheet proficiency, familiarity with Salesforce CRM workflows, and strong analytical problem-solving skills. You will solve the challenge of scaling a regional business by providing structured insights and operational discipline in a high-growth environment.
Serve as the primary strategic business partner to the SVP of EMEA to shape priorities and drive execution.
Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Strategy & Planning professionals.
Manage the analytical rhythm of the business, including QBRs, MBRs, and leadership performance reviews.
Drive annual and quarterly planning for headcount, budget, territory decisions, and productivity analysis.
Translate complex data and business signals into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
Identify process gaps and organizational friction to design and implement scalable operational solutions.
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, and Analytics to align regional goals and operating mechanisms.
What we're looking for
Candidates must be based in Dublin for the hybrid working model.
Manager level requires 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Consulting, Analytics, Finance, or a similar strategic role.
Senior Manager level requires 7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Consulting, or similar roles with a track record of leading complex cross-functional workstreams.
Experience supporting senior sales or GTM leaders in a business partner capacity is required.
Proven experience leading and developing direct reports while building strong team operating practices is required.
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and comfort working with data to support business decisions is required.
Familiarity with Salesforce and related reporting/CRM workflows is required.
Experience with regional or global planning motions is strongly preferred.
