Senior Sales Operations Analyst

What you'll do

• Translate complex GTM business questions into structured analytical projects and actionable hypotheses.
• Develop and maintain statistical and machine learning models for forecasting, territory design, and account prioritization.
• Engineer robust data pipelines and features using SQL and Python across various GTM data sources.
• Build and govern self-serve analytics assets and curated datasets for internal stakeholders.
• Create executive-ready narratives and reports that provide clear recommendations rather than just raw data.
• Lead stakeholder working sessions to align on scenarios and embed model outcomes into operating rhythms.
• Explore new data sources like call transcripts and marketing signals to unlock novel scoring use cases.
• Create documentation, playbooks, and training materials to uplevel the organization's technical knowledge.

What we're looking for

• Must have 4–7+ years of experience in analytics, sales operations, data science, or strategy/consulting roles supporting B2B or SaaS go-to-market teams.
• Proven track record of owning complex analytics projects end-to-end from scoping through production deployment and stakeholder adoption.
• Experience working directly with senior commercial stakeholders to turn analysis into concrete decisions and measurable business impact.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data wrangling, feature engineering, and statistical or machine learning modeling.
• Ability to work with large, messy datasets across CRM systems, product usage, and marketing/sales engagement tools.
• Experience using modern BI tools like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau to build self-serve, governed assets for business users.
• Solid grounding in statistical thinking, including sampling, backtesting, lift/impact measurement, and model validation practices.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex models into simple, executive-ready narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
