What you'll do

Manage and coordinate customer quality and reliability requirements for foundry manufacturing services.
Resolve product quality and reliability issues throughout the silicon manufacturing lifecycle from tape-out to wafer delivery.
Communicate and escalate critical quality issues, such as lot excursions and defect trends, to internal engineering and executive stakeholders.
Build and maintain professional relationships with key design, development, and quality engineers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Integrate lessons learned from customer issues into internal process improvements and design-for-reliability guidelines.
Coordinate with Samsung Korea HQ counterparts to ensure accurate communication regarding customer requirements.
Track customer-specific reliability expectations and qualification methodologies to align them with foundry capabilities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience, Master's with 13+ years, or PhD with 10+ years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the Foundry business including device reliability, interconnect reliability, design for reliability, or product reliability.
Knowledge of Fab processes and equipment is considered a competitive advantage.
Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) is preferred.
Relevant experience across manufacturing engineering, integration, and characterization within fab manufacturing organizations.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a global environment with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to structured problem-solving and root cause identification.
Experience leading multi-functional groups to achieve specific goals and KPIs.
