JOB TITLE: Senior Manager Enterprise Applications Solutions Delivery
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications, joins the Global Information Systems Group to lead a globally distributed team of technology experts. This role focuses on the end-to-end delivery of enterprise application and infrastructure initiatives, including system upgrades, implementations, and ongoing enhancements. You will manage budgets, resource capacity, and project schedules while driving digital transformation through automation and scalability. Key responsibilities include integrating AI-enabled practices into the software development lifecycle to improve developer productivity and quality. You will utilize technologies such as .Net, C#, Xamarin, Java, J2EE, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps to build resilient application architectures. Lead globally distributed technology teams to create, enhance, and maintain application platforms.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of enterprise application and infrastructure initiatives, including system upgrades and implementations.
Integrate AI-enabled practices into the SDLC to improve developer productivity and accelerate delivery timelines.
Translate business priorities into executable technology solutions while managing stakeholder expectations.
Develop delivery plans, manage resource capacity, and oversee budgets for a portfolio of complex initiatives.
Evaluate and recommend software products and services based on business goals and total cost of ownership.
Oversee cloud transformation initiatives and ensure solutions meet security and resiliency standards.
Manage IT outsourcing vendors, including performance management and SLA compliance.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of the full SDLC, including application and service development, implementation, and support.
Advanced understanding of cloud architecture and experience leading cloud transformation initiatives.
5–8 years of direct people management and team development experience.
Proven program management skills for large-scale enterprise projects and experience managing IT outsourcing vendors.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD automations, and technologies including .Net, C#, Xamarin, Java, J2EE, and SQL Server.
Experience delivering business solutions in conformance with best-in-class security and resiliency standards.
Background in the semiconductor industry, manufacturing, and engineering roles (preferred).
