Senior Solutions Architect

What you'll do

• Design cloud-native, highly available, and secure architectures for financial services platforms.
• Define enterprise architecture standards for APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and data management.
• Align technical solutions with FedRAMP High, NIST 800-53, and Zero Trust security requirements.
• Review and govern solution designs for scalability, resiliency, performance, and operational readiness.
• Lead architecture modernization efforts and provide guidance on technical strategy and risk management.
• Partner with cybersecurity and DevSecOps teams to implement encryption, identity management, and audit logging.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of experience in software architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Experience designing and delivering solutions within regulated financial services environments like banking, securities, or capital markets.
• Expertise with Azure Government and cloud-native architecture principles including APIs, microservices, containers, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise application platforms such as .NET or Java and modern integration architectures.
• Strong knowledge of FedRAMP High, NIST 800-53 controls, secure SDLC practices, identity and access management, and cloud security frameworks.
• Experience leading architecture reviews and driving scalability, resiliency, observability, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience designing solutions for transfer agency, fixed income securities, corporate actions, or custody operations (preferred).
