What we're looking for
Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 5 years of software engineering experience.
Possess 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related area and 2 years of supervisory experience.
Extensive experience leading platform engineering teams with a focus on software and AI/ML system delivery.
Proven ability to manage full software development lifecycles, including DevOps architecture and CI/CD implementation.
Strong expertise in cloud financial management and cost optimization strategies.
Demonstrated skill in stakeholder management and aligning technical initiatives with business goals.
Proficiency in guiding architectural reviews and ensuring system scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Experience mentoring engineers and fostering technical excellence through rigorous testing and code quality standards.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of software engineering experience (preferred).
