Senior Manager, Engineering Project/Program Management

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of managers and individual contributors to drive engineering development and product implementation.
• Develop and execute deployment plans, schedules, and SKU/BOM readiness for timely product launches.
• Manage project resources including headcount, deliverables, timelines, and budgets across multiple programs.
• Serve as the primary interface with internal teams regarding platform readiness and supply chain transitions.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to establish release timelines for features and bug fixes.
• Manage relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers regarding product quality, costs, and delivery schedules.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Provide people-care management including hiring, performance monitoring, coaching, and career development for direct reports.

What we're looking for

• A four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Candidates should have 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience.
• Experience in engineering development and implementation is preferred.
• Proficiency in project planning tools and software packages is preferred.
• Expertise in Agile methodology, Scrum, and Kanban principles is required.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement processes, and risk management is required.
• Experience in product management, new product development, and project engineering is required.
• Skills in change management, automation, and strategic thinking are required.
