  • 3+ years of leadership in managing engineering teams and managers.
  • Strong background in delivering high-performance commercial software solutions.
  • Experience designing cloud-native, event-driven systems and using AI tools.
  • Significant work in Agile/Scrum environments and financial services domains.
  • Proven ability to provide technical direction while balancing tactical and strategic goals.
  • Excellent communication and cross-organization collaboration skills.
