Engineering Project/Program Manager

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end process redesign using Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled opportunities to improve business performance and employee productivity.
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and data-driven presentations for senior leadership.
• Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects including headcount, schedules, costs, and resource allocation.
• Lead a team of individual contributors through recruitment, coaching, and career development.
• Partner with IT and business teams to define requirements and deliver digital solutions.
• Manage relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Conduct R&D for new technologies and lead the implementation of innovative manufacturing capabilities.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Typically 12+ years of professional experience.
• Typically 8+ years leading cross-functional projects or programs.
• Experience managing medium-to-large scale business transformation initiatives and driving process improvement.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and executive communication.
• Proficiency in foundational AI concepts and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain operations, and Factory Services processes (preferred).
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or other Agile/Change Management certifications (preferred).
