2+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum practices.
Experience with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proven success managing and scaling engineering teams of 10+ members (preferred).
Deep understanding of cloud architecture patterns including containerization, serverless, and infrastructure-as-code (preferred).
Proficiency with collaboration and delivery tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and GitHub (preferred).
