What you'll do

Oversee data center operations across multiple sites while integrating performance metrics into business strategy.

Implement advanced maintenance strategies for power, cooling, and infrastructure to ensure facility stability.
Oversee inventory management, logistics, and the procurement of significant hardware components.
Establish and enforce standards for equipment upgrades, installations, and network infrastructure changes.
Manage large-scale projects by ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met across multiple teams.
Mentor team members and manage the talent acquisition pipeline to develop staff skills and career paths.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience managing multiple teams and overseeing data center operations across various sites is required.
Ability to manage large-scale projects including new region builds, expansion activities, and infrastructure upgrades.
Proficiency in performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing incident management protocols.
Ability to oversee inventory management, logistics, and high-level planning for rack deployments.
Experience in capacity analysis for physical, power, and cooling systems is required.
Ability to develop and manage a talent acquisition pipeline and provide performance coaching.
