What you'll do

Manage teams performing end-to-end hardware installation, troubleshooting, and server component replacements.
Oversee the implementation of network communications, cabling validation, and networking equipment solutions.
Resolve complex technical issues by coordinating with internal development teams and external vendors.
Monitor and manage major client outage situations while ensuring all resolutions are documented.
Enforce compliance with safety guidelines, security controls, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Identify skill gaps and provide training to advance the technical capabilities of junior technicians.
Manage large-scale projects by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple teams.
Oversee vendor performance to ensure all service level agreements are met.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Requires 6 to 10+ years of experience in the field.
Experience managing teams for hardware installation, troubleshooting, and network communications is required.
Ability to oversee data center environments and manage major outage situations for clients.
Expertise in ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Maintenance Operation Protocols (MOPs).
Ability to lead collaboration between service/development teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical problems.
Experience managing large-scale projects including monitoring timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
Ability to provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management for team members.
