What you'll do

Independently owns operational responsibility for one or more data center sites, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Leads performance trend analysis to drive improvements in facility health and operational metrics.
Implements automation tools to reduce operational risk and prevent recurring issues.
Oversees new region builds and site expansions, managing timelines and capacity needs.
Directs proactive maintenance of data center facilities to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Develops recommendations for process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.
Prepares incident or crisis management protocols in alignment with business continuity plans.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in data center operations or related field
Proven track record in leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles
Strong technical skills including automation, monitoring tools implementation, and incident management
Experience in managing complex projects, coordinating tasks, and ensuring project deliverables
Ability to collaborate across global teams and functions to align operational and business objectives
Knowledge of data center infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and proactive facility management
