What you'll do

Manage independent operational responsibility for multiple data center sites to ensure performance and alignment with business goals.
Analyze trends in capacity, temperature, availability, and infrastructure health to drive proactive improvements.
Resolve complex technical issues by leading on-site resources through triage, escalation, and resolution tracking.
Implement automation tools and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including SOPs, playbooks, and root cause analysis reports.
Lead site expansions and new region builds by coordinating with project teams on timelines and capacity needs.
Oversee infrastructure installations, hardware upgrades, inventory management, and physical network deployments.
Execute incident and crisis management protocols to ensure business continuity during critical events.
Develop and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma principles to increase operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in the field.
Proficiency in data center operations and computer networking systems is required.
Experience in escalation support, hardware support, and troubleshooting is required.
Skills in project management, process execution, and root cause analysis are required.
Ability to perform process improvement using Lean and Six Sigma principles is required.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Government security clearance is a plus (preferred).
