What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end construction of data centers by colocation providers while ensuring they meet quality standards and stay on schedule.
Oversee project budgets and optimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effective execution of multiple large-scale projects.
Direct the startup and commissioning phases of major data center projects to ensure all systems are fully operational.
Manage the selection, negotiation, and performance of contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and colocation providers to coordinate project activities.
Identify and mitigate construction risks while communicating potential impacts to senior management.
Oversee the installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems according to design specifications.
Manage quality control processes and conduct site walks to ensure all construction aligns with approved plans.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in relevant fields.
