What you'll do

  • Lead, develop, and manage the Brazil Partner Manager team to ensure high performance and talent growth.
  • Own the channel strategy and execution for Brazil by aligning partner coverage with sales priorities.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and incremental revenue through existing and new partner development.
  • Build and maintain a diverse ecosystem of system integrators, MSPs, resellers, and specialized partners.
  • Collaborate with internal sales leadership to define joint account strategies across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial segments.
  • Establish executive relationships with key Brazilian partners and serve as an escalation point for complex matters.
  • Work with Partner Solutions to improve partner technical capabilities, certifications, and service capacity.
  • Manage Brazil channel metrics, including forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 5+ years of people leadership experience in hiring, coaching, and developing sales or partner professionals.
  • Must have experience in Channels, Partnerships, Business Development, or enterprise technology sales.
  • Experience should preferably be within SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, observability, or related technology markets.
  • Proven experience building and scaling partner ecosystems to generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of the Brazilian technology and partner ecosystem, including system integrators, resellers, MSPs, and cloud-focused partners.
  • Ability to work with direct Sales organizations across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial segments.
  • Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil, and able to work from the local office.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
