The Senior Manager, Business Technology Enablement leads the BizTech Enablement and Innovation team, serving as a solutions partner to non-technical functions like Finance, Legal, and Marketing. This leadership role focuses on driving the company's approach to AI adoption and impact outside of Engineering. You will define multi-year strategies, set organizational OKRs, and manage a globally distributed organization of managers, Business Solutions Engineers, Systems Architects, and Program Managers. Define and own the multi-year strategy for AI adoption and impact across non-technical functions.
Serve as the primary BizTech partner to executive leadership on AI transformation and business outcomes.

Design and refine the operating model that connects technical functions into a coordinated enablement system.
Influence the AI tooling roadmap by partnering with platform and product teams to meet non-technical needs.

What we're looking for
12+ years of industry experience in business technology, enterprise systems, digital transformation, or technical program leadership.
5+ years of experience leading managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated track record of setting and delivering multi-year strategy for company-wide technology or transformation programs with executive visibility.
Experience leading business technology consulting, solutions engineering, or IT business partnering for non-technical teams.
Experience building trusted relationships with and influencing C-level and E-Team executives.
Deep, hands-on understanding of generative AI tools and agentic workflows.
Experience leading enterprise AI adoption or change management at a large technology company (preferred).
