What you'll do

Partner with operational stakeholders to evolve and enhance existing technology systems.
Implement new technology solutions to improve efficiency across the claims lifecycle.
Support, maintain, and upgrade platforms to ensure system stability and scalability.
Drive transformational initiatives to modernize and optimize the claims management process.
Ensure the reliability and performance of core systems used for adjudicating claims.
Support or enhance technology solutions using programming or technical development skills.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in project or program management.
7 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
2 years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of insurance claims handling concepts and processes.
Experience with claims systems and risk management platforms (RIMS).
Programming or technical development experience to support or enhance technology solutions.
Preferred experience with Riskonnect and/or ClearSight platforms (preferred).
Master's degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in project or program management (preferred).
